After over two decades in talent acquisition and witnessing all of the changes in healthcare and hiring, both positive and negative, I have taken what works, and left out what doesn't! Our team comes together with individual techniques, experiences and personalities, fostering a collaborative group approach, ensuring a continuous learning and evolving environment, which is essential for what we do!
In a time dominated by automated databases and impersonal messages, I have anchored my nationwide practice in an intentional, old school approach. This means picking up the phone, traveling to meet hospital leadership face to face, and taking the time to truly understand the heartbeat of the community.
